Can I open and check the parcel before receiving and paying the rider?

Unfortunately, Genba does not allow that. You need to receive the parcel and pay to the rider. After unwrapping the package, if you see/face any issue then you may return it to Genba but it will not be Refund.

Does Genba deliver orders internationally?

No, Genba does not deliver orders internationally.

What happens if I don’t collect the package within the given time?

If the order is not collected within 3 working days, it is sent back to the seller & will be marked as canceled.

Does Genba deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, Genba delivers all over Pakistan. We deliver through our logistic partners (M&P)

What payment method is required for Pick up point orders?

We have the following payment methods through which you can make a payment and place orders:
• Debit Card or Credit Card
• COD (Cash on Delivery)

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, No changes can be made once the order is placed. If your order is in the “Processing” stage, please cancel it and place a new order with the updated details.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping Fee is calculated according to either the physical weight of the product or the volumetric weight of the product, whichever is greater, however, shipping fee also varies based on seller-origin city, customer’s destination city and delivery type (express or standard).
